This program prepares students for a career as a Cybersecurity Operations/ Security Operations Analyst and for the Cisco Certified Support Technician (CCST® Cybersecurity) exam. Students end courses with a network build hands-on exam and a traditional exam. You choose between either this or Network Technician/ Specialist.
AI & DATA ANALYTICS
TYPE OF JOB PREP: DATA ANALYST
This program prepares learners with the fundamental tools of a data analyst. You will learn to transform, organize, and visualize data with spreadsheet tools such as Excel. You will also learn how to query data from a relational database using SQL and how to improve your data presentations using powerful business intelligence tools like Tableau. By the end of the program, you will have an analytics portfolio complete with an analysis of a dataset, showcasing your skills in Excel, SQL and Tableau.
Tech Project Management
TYPE OF JOB PREP: IT PROJECT
This program introduces learners to IT project management and the IT project life cycle that starts with a great idea and ends with a successfully delivered project. There are five general phases of the project life cycle. By the end of the program, you will be able to manage the project life cycle, coordinate projects, establish a communication plan and manage resources and stakeholders, documentation, artifacts and support the completion of larger information technology (IT) environment.
