Sadly, We discovered that Front-Liners earning $39,000 to $50,000 are not attending tech training as they are stretched thin working a full-time and part-time gig job, like Door Dash, InstaCart, Lyft and Uber. Bankrate shows nearly 39% NEED the side gig for regular living expenses.
Automation Workz Foundation is a 501(c)3 nonprofit with a mission to assist front-liners acquire digital skills to build a prosperous business or secure a higher-paying job so as to live their American Dream.
Without AI and other emerging tech skills, they are often the first to be laid off. According to Newsweek, layoffs, in 2025, are skyrocketing. WARN (Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notifications) notices have reached their highest level since 2016.
Our programs, RiseNation Life Coaching and Jetsonnaire Career Transition – Tech Training, assist front-liners acquire these digital skills to live the American Dream.
RiseNation is a 12-week life coaching program to assist Front-liners, the working poor, transition into middle-class technology careers through a powerful combination of AI-driven talent discovery, coaching, mentorship, and basic digital literacy, financial literacy and work-life skills training.
Using our proprietary SenseiiWyze™ behavioral assessment platform, we identify hidden technology capability in workers who have been overlooked by traditional education and hiring systems.
We are not betting on resumes. We are uncovering raw capability.
RiseNation has been the core of our career training programs. We are now seeking funding for it to be a stand-alone program.

Jetsonnaire Career Transition is a 36-48 week career training program offering digital simulations/video gaming, mentorship, coaching, and certification preparation to help individuals secure high-paying jobs in emerging tech.

In 2023-2025 we offered 2 scholarships. In 2026, we planned to offer 5 scholarships only to receive 4,500 applications for those 5 slots.
