Corporations, afraid to invest in tech reskilling for front-liners, have purchased self-training options for front-liners, who are mainly low-income women and people of color.

Their fear is that front-liners will quit training before completion. First-generation post-secondary learners have an 89% dropout rate.

Instead they have GDP measuring business growth has dipped 8.3% in the 1st quarter of 2022 from 6.9% in the 4th quarter of 2021. There is not enough talent working to create products and services.

Automation Workz, a cybersecurity reskilling firm catering to front-liners. has developed a Life Culture Audit tool to predict, engage and support learners to complete rigorous tech training.

Ida Byrd-Hill states, “It is time to invest in instructor-led tech training for front-liners.”
